Phil’s career spans the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, where he has held executive roles in the auto finance industry serving credit unions, dealerships, and consumers. His expertise includes company start-ups, market expansion, operational leadership, sales management, and training development. A lifelong coach both in business and on the basketball court—where he’s known as “Coach Money”—Phil brings enthusiasm and a teaching spirit to every endeavor. Jackie began her career in the corporate world before channeling that experience into business ownership and management. As the owner of an upscale salon in metropolitan Boston—recognized year after year since the early 2000s as one of the Top 200 Salons nationwide—she has built a reputation for operational excellence and exceptional client experience. A former systems engineer, Jackie brings extensive expertise across technical, operational, financial, and marketing domains. Outside of business, she is passionate about physical fitness and is an active, competitive pickleball player. Her high energy and competitive spirit shine through in everything she does, from business leadership to family life and community involvement.
